Dr. John Reed started the ArtsCom corporation for the purpose of providing services in educational development of art and music programs. He spent eleven years as the director of the Kansas Arts Commission, and served as Dean and Associate Dean of the Margarte E. Petree School of Music of Performing Arts of Oklahoma City University.
